• Visual Metrics + Context: We show you both sides of the story. The left side gives you extracted data, charts, and graphs. The right side provides context, scores, and commentary on the business across 21+ subfactors like financials, operations, and customer profile.
  
  

• Smart Scoring: We don’t just rely on raw numbers. A 25% margin might look great, but is it strong for a software business? Our system blends objective markers with industry context to give you a more meaningful score.

And if something changes, like new info from the seller, you can always re-run the analysis with Force Reanalyze and update your results on the fly.
