3. AI Service Providers

DealSage uses third-party artificial intelligence services to power certain features of our platform. These providers include Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini). When you use AI-powered features, relevant portions of your queries and uploaded content may be processed by these providers to generate responses. We have agreements with these providers that govern how they handle your data, and they are prohibited from using your data to train their models. Enterprise customers requiring additional data handling protections may contact us about our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

4. Aggregated and Anonymized Data

We may create aggregated and anonymized data derived from your use of the Services ("Aggregated Data"). Aggregated Data does not identify you or any individual. We may use Aggregated Data for purposes including: providing benchmarking features that allow users to compare metrics against anonymized industry data; improving and developing our Services; conducting research and analysis; and generating industry reports and insights.
